Unfortunately, due to the fast paced lifestyles that most of us have, it’s not always possible to eat the well balanced meals that we used to e in the past.  As we’re scrambling to get to point B from point A, it’s easier to stop at a fast food joint and pick up some dinner or lunch on the go.

Whole Food Vitamins vs Regular Vitamins

It may sound silly, but choosing a vitamin supplement can be a little overwhelming sometimes.  We are fed so much information and mis-information via advertising and the media that we really don’t know the whole story about the products that they are endorsing.

You’re probably already familiar with foods that are organically grown, but did you know that some companies are now offering organic whole food vitamins as well?

Have you ever wondered what goes into a vitamin? For a long time I never considered what I was taking when it came to my nutritional supplements, but boy was I in for a big surprise. Most are made using chemicals and sugar. But then I found out about whole food vitamins.

They’re natural and don’t contain any man made ingredients or sugars. Instead they’re chocked full of wholesome foods like blueberries, cranberries, grapes, and leafy plants such as spinach or broccoli. These are foods that are unprocessed and haven’t lost any of the valuable nutrients that our bodies so desperately needs.
